Overview:
MOTOMEMBER CHAMBERSBURG is looking for an ambitious, customer service-driven FINANCE/INSURANCE specialist to join our team and play a key role in assisting our customers with financing and insurance options for their Powersports purchases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine interest in power sports.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all operations regarding sales of new and used motorcycles.
• Assist customers in obtaining financing for powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, SXSs, and more.
• Ensure the Motorcycle Finance and Insurance Department contributes acceptable levels of gross margin and net profits.
• Educate customers on available financing and insurance options, providing guidance to help them make informed decisions.
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with lenders and insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms for our customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the financing process.
• Work closely with sales team members to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, financing programs, and insurance products to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
• Ensure all the needed documents for the lenders, title paperwork, and dealer documents are completed correctly.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in automotive, powersports, or consumer finance is highly desirable.
• Understanding of finance and insurance principles, with the ability to explain the concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
